Since I was ten years old I have had a camera in my hands. Inspired by my father’s passion for black and white photography, from an early age I spent countless hours in the darkroom. Through experimenting with chemicals, emulsions, toners and alternative processes I found my own way of seeing the world.
I went on to study “High Technician of Image and Sound’ in Madrid, Spain, where I was exposed to other lean based media, cinema and television; while continuing to learn more about photography.
After graduation, I worked for over two years with the great publicity photographer, Rubén Gordé. But still hungry for new life experiences, my sense of adventure brought me to London. Here I have lived and worked for the last six years.
My insatiable desire for learning and photography lead me to study Photojournalism in London. This course focused on the day to day reportage, street and ‘in the moment’ photography.
My passion for both analogue and digital, travel photography and reportage continues. But as a complement to my photography, I work as a Web Designer and a Web Design and Photoshop teacher. A new passion thanks to Prisca Schmarsow.
I had been living in London for over 15 years and now since last November my family and I we relocated to the North of Spain, a little mountain town near Barcelona, Vacarisses. From the big cosmopolitan city of London to a little child out a life. A perfect scenario to grow a family.
A mother since 2012 of Amelie, and mother of twins since 2015, Dylan and Zoe. Motherhood has been a challenge, great experience and little by little I will share it on this blog.
